Ted helped me move carriers with my SCO (Senior Care Options) plan. When I had an issue coordinating a new PCP, he worked directly with my case manager to find a PCP at Tufts Medicine and book the appointment for me. I don’t know too many insurance agents that would go above and beyond like that. Definitely recommend.
