From helping his own parents to guiding clients today, Ted brings trusted, personalized support to every Medicare planning journey.

My Medicare Planning Journey
Frustrated with the Medicare enrollment process his parents experienced, Ted saw an astonishing lack of unbiased, straightforward information to help guide individuals and couples turning sixty-five through the process of reviewing and enrolling in what would be their primary source of healthcare for the rest of their lives.
In place of guidance was a tsunami of unsolicited mail, much of it disguised to appear as official notices, unrelenting phone calls, and misleading commercials endorsed by former professional athletes and popular game show hosts.
After rising to the executive ranks of one of Boston’s premier boutique digital agencies, Ted decided to make a 180-degree career pivot. He left the corporate world to enter the field of Medicare planning and insurance. Ted saw a bigger picture; he could combine his education, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit to address a serious market gap. Skill and heart, working together.
Ted’s pursuit to help both those turning sixty-five and folks well into their Medicare-eligible years connects him with clients from all backgrounds. He gives personal attention to all clients, from fixed-low-income Medicaid recipients, who are confused by regulations and applications, to high-income individuals with mid-seven-figure incomes, many of whom are unaware of IRMAA surcharges and implications of windfall capital gains, and everyone in between. Ted prides himself on being well-versed on all income levels, ensuring no client is left behind.
There is one thing these folks all have in common. Medicare planning is confusing and complex, and they want to avoid the pitfalls of lifetime penalties. As one of Ted’s clients put it, “I’m glad this is your passion project because it certainly isn’t mine!”
As an independent agent, Ted is uniquely positioned to serve his clients’ best interests, with the ability to access and compare multiple plans against their health, budget, and lifestyle needs. To maintain this status, he meets all licensing requirements, completes continuing education credits, obtains annual certifications, and secures appointments with leading and innovative insurance carriers on a yearly basis.
Currently, he is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida, with new states added quarterly. His back-office support enables smooth operations and provides access to a collective 190 years of Medicare expertise. Staying up-to-date in an ever-changing government-run regulatory environment requires studying the nuances of each state, as well as rules for small businesses, and mid-to-large enterprises offering group health insurance.
On a personal note, Ted’s own story evolved significantly in the winter of 2025 when his three-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Being on the receiving end of devastating news, he has firsthand experience of how health diagnosis, insurance, and impacts on day-to-day life can unexpectedly come into focus, and the relief that proper coverage can bring—a unique perspective for his profession. Her miraculous recovery after surgery drives his ambitious goals for giving back to the community and supporting charity.
To reach a wider audience and bring Medicare education to the masses, Ted has been featured in regional news publications and conducts group seminars and webinars.
Today, he is fortunate to work primarily through referral relationships with Financial Advisors, CPAs, Estate Planning Attorneys, Human Resource Leaders, and Group Health Benefit providers.
Ted is a Cum Laude graduate from Northeastern University, holding a degree in Business with a dual focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
